Operational Sustainability, LLC today announced Thelma Kipe has accepted the position of Vice President for Customer and Product Management. Kipe brings three decades of experience in implementing, designing, supporting, selling, and interfacing with software for industrial users to the OS team. Kipe joined OS after nearly 20 years at Rolls-Royce in various roles including managing VisiumKMS EHS software from Rolls-Royce. Kipe has also worked for Radian and Oracle during the course of her career in project management, product management, and customer support roles.

Kipe enjoys working with customers and product teams to find the right solutions. "I place a high value on building customer relationships and I understand the value great products and product support can bring to those customers," Kipe said. She said joining OS gives her an opportunity to take a customer support organization to the next level and lead new product development.
"Customers can expect a renewed focus on customer support and enhanced help desk capabilities from OS," Kipe said. She has already begun her new responsibilities and will be working out of the OS corporate office in Houston.
